Construction companies want to hire skilled workers. There simply aren’t enough of them to fill the roles these companies have available.

The Porter Academy is training our next generation of skilled trade workers. Our Construction Programs provides youth with the knowledge, training, skills, and credentials needed to land their first construction job.

Upon the completion of this program, participants will have acquired the hands-on training, credentials, and industry connections needed to secure lucrative and fulfilling career working in construction or start their own construction business.
